Commitment Term
All plans require an initial 3-month commitment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Due to the nature of Reddit visibility, reputation positioning, and search-driven campaigns, meaningful momentum and ranking improvements typically build over time through consistent activity.
Refund Policy
Payments made to RedRanked are non-refundable once campaign work has begun for the billing period. This includes strategy, account allocation, campaign execution, posting activity, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel future billing at any time after the initial 3-month commitment period by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. If cancellation is requested before the completion of the initial commitment term, remaining invoices may still be due based on the agreed service term.
Paused Campaigns
At RedRanked's discretion, campaigns may be temporarily paused rather than canceled. Paused campaigns do not guarantee pricing retention, account availability, or placement priority upon reactivation unless otherwise agreed.
